The Starr Instruments GMX-01 is a high quality, easy to use, single angle gloss meter. The single 60 degrees incidence angle is used for gloss measurement on many surfaces such as floor tiles, painted metal, plastics, windows and glass. Despite having a singular button, the GMX-01 has more functions than most other gloss meters on the market. With the ability to enter a Quality Control Mode, this Gloss Meter has programmable high and low limits which can alert the user if exceeded. In addition to this, documented results when connected to a computer can be exported through the software provided. These results are incredibly accurate with a repeatability of ±0.2 GU, allowing for consistent and reliable results across any range of measurement.
