Best space & place Full sun in a sheltered position, where the trunk can be properly seen — an ancient olive is sculpture first, planting second. It anchors an entrance, a courtyard or a terrace single-handedly, and is hardy in most parts of the UK. When to water & feed Overwatering is the most likely cause of olive tree problems. Ensure free drainage, water weekly in the growing season and sparingly in winter, and feed with a general-purpose garden feed in spring and summer. Delivery & placement Delivered and positioned by a three-person Plant Drop team — included in the price. The tree is supplied in its 70–80cm nursery pot (depending on specimen).
