GND Cable Machine with Smith Machine will serve as your complete gym and functional trainer, the GND Multi Rack offers so much more than your standard rack. It has a built in smith machine bar that allowsthe room for a bench underneath for your bench press and chest movements as well as for squatting movements. In front of the Smith bar there is 2 long leavers and 2 hook leavers, both are adjustable in height. These can be used to rack your free standing barbell as well. There is 2 80kg weight stack’s either side of the GND Multi Rack that attach to a cable pulley. The 2 x cable pulley’s are completely adjustable in height, allowing you to preform all your normal exercises that you would with your local gym equipment. Located on the top of the GND Multi Rack, at both the front and back is a range of angled handles that you can use for pull ups, chin ups, muscle ups and more. To add to the already enormous amount of exercises the GND Multi Rack can offer, there is a built in barbell 360 degree holder, this is a fantastic tool for T-Bar rows, barbell torsion twist, single arm front press.
