I can also attempt to customize hair color (though some hair colors might not show up on some fabrics). The dress is made from Imperial Broadcloth (65% Polyester, 35% combed, mercerized cotton). I love to work with this material because it feels nice and doesn't wrinkle easily. Your little one will come out of her car seat looking as cute as she went in. The dress opens on the left shoulder and has coordinating bows at the closure. I use a European hem length, so the dress will be longer than most things you buy in the store here. It's easy to hem it further, and you should get a couple of years wear out of the dress. This garment is machine washable and dryable. You may iron it if you need to, but the Imperial Broadcloth is permanent press. Do not iron the smocked area. Nearly everything on my website is made-to-order. Please allow 4-6 weeks to produce and ship your garment.
