This tea was first created for my own journey — supporting monthly cycles, deep self-care, and continuing with me as I move through the menopausal threshold. Red Rose Petals Revered for their heart-opening qualities and traditionally used to support comfort during menstrual and menopausal phases. Use Each pouch yields approximately 15–22 cups.
