Effective Battery Power & Other Highlights Powered by an included 7.2V, 2200mAh lithium rechargeable battery and providing a recycle time of 1.7 seconds, the V1mid C allows 650 full-power flashes and flash duration between 1/600 and 1/20,000 sec.
