Goeppertia picturata ‘Argentea’‘Argentea’ has broad, oval leaves with silvery white to pale silver-green centres surrounded by a dark green margin. The leaf backs are reddish-purpl e, giving the plant a very different colour from above and below.It forms a compact clump with leaves held on slender stems from the base. Mature plants usually remain below about 50 cm, so the broad silver-centred leaves stay closely grouped. Small white flowers can occasionally appear from the clump.
