You've spent months keeping a small human (and yourself) alive on minimal sleep. You are not the same person who left. And now you're supposed to just... jump back in? This workshop is for the gap between who you were before and who you're figuring out how to be now. Whether you can't wait to get back, are absolutely dreading it, or are somewhere in the extremely-sleep-deprived middle—you belong here. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT - Clarifying what you actually want (not just what seems reasonable to ask for) - Naming your non-negotiables—and figuring out how to negotiate for them - Boundaries that work: the "When X happens, I will Y" framework + real scripts and examples - How to handle the hard drop-off mornings no one warns you about - Breathing practices and tools for the moments you need support - Your returning-to-work resource kit: checklist, scripts, and log-off rituals to keep WHO THIS IS FOR This session is for Moms who are returning to work in the next few weeks or months, or seriously thinking about what comes next. All timelines and situations are welcome. You don't have to have it figured out because that's what we'll be doing inside the workshop—giving you some breathing room to put YOU first for a moment. You'll leave with clarity, a plan, and—according to the moms who've been in the room—solidarity and the feeling of not being alone in it.
