The GOG Gold Bars are cast grip implements designed for a wide range of hand-strength challenges, from pinch lifting and max-weight attempts to farmer’s carries, timed holds, medleys and grip challenges. Each bar features a tapered gold-bar profile that forces you to clamp down hard through the fingers and thumb. They offer a different challenge to traditional blob lifting, with the longer profile and taper demanding a different combination of pinch strength, open-hand strength and grip endurance. The range includes six progressive sizes from 6kg to 13kg, allowing you to work through the range, chase heavier lifts, increase carry distance or simply see which bar you can conquer. Every Gold Bar is individually cast for Gods Of Grip by Mersey Casting in Liverpool, UK, around 20 minutes from Gods Of Grip. The result is a rugged, raw cast finish with the texture and character you’d expect from a purpose-built grip implement. Due to the casting process, each Gold Bar will be slightly individual.
