An outstanding winter vegetable, easy to grow, and prolific. Similar to other Hubbard varieties, this one is brightly colored with flesh that is vibrantly orange. Thick skin, sweet , and excellent tasting. Delicious in pies or cut into serving-size pieces and baked, steamed, boiled, or mashed.
