It always pays off if you get up before the sun is out. On this particular morning I got lucky finding three lionesses on the move. They were hungry and constantly scouting the hor izon for an opportunity. This lioness stepped out the long grass and stopped right next to my car. Clearly her senses picked something up, her eyes were focused on some impalas in the distance. She made up her mind and together with the other two lionesses they started stalking. They got really close to the unaware antelopes but a troop of baboons blew their cover and made it known to everyone that they were there Breakfast had to wait that day... Show more
