Desperate times call for Desperate Measures. During the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the things that affected us was no longer being able to sell kegged beer. Rather than let that bee r go to waste, we distilled it instead. This is beer that has been twice distilled into a spirit, then matured in oak casks until ready.
