Handmade goldenrod ink, tango cosmo ink, alum and soda ash study on 4" x 6" Arches cold press paper with deckled edges. One of a kind. This set of ink studies was created between J uly - September of this year. The plants used were collected locally in and around the Hudson Valley. I turned the plants into inks which I modified with materials like alum, iron, vinegar and soda ash to create an amazing range of natural colors. Expect the plant-based colors of these experimental studies to change with time and exposure to light as part of their natural lifecycle. Show more
