Carved from natural gemstone and finished by hand, each goldfish is shaped to preserve the unique character of the material. Variations in color, pattern, and transparency ensure that no two are exactly alike, making every charm subtly unique. For centuries, goldfish have symbolized prosperity, abundance, and good fortune. I was drawn less to their symbolism than to their graceful forms—the flowing fins, rounded silhouettes, and sense of life captured within a small object. Suspended from a 14k gold bail, the Goldfish Charm may be worn alone or layered with other treasured pieces.
