Drawing inspiration from ambient, acid, dub, synth-pop, Balearic, and the far corners of global music culture, Window doesn’t settle into one lane. Instead, it moves between moods and styles with a composer’s sense of balance and flow. Whether it's the electro-dub tension of “Scatter Dub,” the dreamy polyrhythms of “Sandii,” or the expansive ambient-techno closer “Rain,” each track feels fully sculpted—not looped. The album also has a backstory that reflects its DIY spirit: lost lacquers, delayed pressings, and a final recut made possible by eco-friendly new technology via Good Neighbor Records, pressed on 100% recycled vinyl using injection molding.
