In 2009, Gail and Phil Winters transformed their 30-acre Pinkney Farm on Shaws Creek Road into a thriving hop operation. What began as a modest test plot grew to 1,500 plants, lead ing to the launch of GoodLot Farmstead Brewing Co. in 2017.
