Several herbs are blended to restore memory, cognitive functions, and to nourish the nervous system. These herbs include Rosemary, Sage, Star Anise, Moringa etc… This blend is inspired by the collaboration of Herbal Renaissance with Sweet Waters Eco-Farm, an organic farm and holistic wellness retreat owned by Anne Mwaniki and located in Kenya (East Africa). There is a picture of Anne and also pictures of me in her tea house and looking at her fields of herbs. Rosemary is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which may help improve digestion and enhance memory and concentration. Sage has been linked to better cognitive function, reduced inflammation, and may aid in alleviating menopausal symptoms due to its estrogen-like properties. Star anise is rich in antioxidants and has antimicrobial properties, making it effective in fighting infections and supporting immune health.
