These themes give Grievers and Supporters a place to start, a common ground on which to build this practice of grieving together. When the message we usually hear is, “There is no right or wrong way to grieve,” it has a way of making Grievers and Supporters feel lost. It’s not about right or wrong, but being shown examples of “how” so that we can find our own unique way forward.
