1/2 lb. (8 oz.) wedge Our Gorgonzola is a very robust, tangy blue cheese with a mild aftertaste and a hint of Parmesan. It has a firm yet crumbly texture with greenish blue mold in veins and pockets, similar to a Bleu Cheese. Great cheese suited for sauces. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area.
