The Gorila Squat Wedges build on the design of the original Gorila BGL slant plate but come with different angle options for enhanced versatility. The two separate wedges allow users to adjust their foot stance and angle independently, offering more flexibility, such as a "duck stance." These wedges are also excellent for rehabilitation exercises and unilateral work. Designed to help reduce improper form caused by ankle mobility restrictions, these wedges can also be used as a training tool to teach proper squat technique. Additionally, they are perfect for targeting specific muscle groups, like isolating your quads during a bicycle squat.
