An award-winning organic Caerphilly that has an initial tanginess and a creamy flavour. An award winning Caerphilly that has an initial fresh tanginess and then a creamy, almost mu shroomy flavour under the edible rind. It has been made by at the Trethowan farm to a traditional Caerphilly recipe. Gorwydd Caerphilly won a Super Gold Award at the World Cheese Awards 2022. Currently (February 2025) Gorwydd Caerphilly is being made with pasteurised milk. Show more
