Since its founding, the station has pursued ongoing development, with future plans that include sourcing underground water, installing artificial dryers, expanding the site, and adding solar tunnels. The station operates with a workforce of six permanent staff, six seasonal employees, and 244 temporary workers. Each year, it processes 500–600 tons of coffee cherries sourced from 868 local farmers, primarily cultivating varieties such as 7454, 74110, 7440, and 74112. Eva Gotiti emphasizes strict water management and traceability, minimizing water usage, separating coffee pulp from wastewater, and maintaining detailed records throughout the supply chain. Demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental and social responsibility, the station provides coffee seedlings to the community, financial aid to underprivileged farmers, and premium payments for coffee deliveries. These initiatives promote sustainability and foster strong relationships with local growers. The coffee processing workflow at Eva Gotiti includes: cleaning cherries to remove debris, washing, pulping to separate fruit and skins, grading and washing in channels and drying on raised beds for 10–14 days, and finally, storing the dried parchment for about 20 days before export, with each lot kept separate until cupping and assessment.
