Overview Goulds shallow well jet pumps draw water from wells with a maximum suction lift of 25 ft. This listing covers two series: the JS+ (0.5–1.5 HP), built in the USA with an integral shallow-well jet and a stainless diffuser wear ring; and the value JRS (0.5–1 HP), with an O-ring casing seal and a drain plug for easy winterizing. Key Features Compact / Integral Jet — Shallow-well jet built into the casing — no separate adapter required (JS+). Serviceable — Back pull-out design, two-compartment motor, and nozzle clean-out plug. FDA-Compliant Impeller — Glass-filled engineered composite — corrosion and abrasion resistant. Corrosion Resistant — Electrocoat paint process applied inside and out, then baked on. Protected Mechanical Seal — Diaphragm design keeps water in the casing so the seal never runs dry.
