Gozney Arc Lite Basic Bundle – The Simplest Way Into Arc Lite The Gozney Arc Lite Basic Bundle is just two things: the Arc Lite oven itself, and the Arc Lite Cover to keep it protected between cooks. No peels, no extras — a straightforward starting point for anyone who already has kitchen tools they’re happy to use, or wants to add a peel separately later. Small in footprint but not in performance, Arc Lite reaches a genuine 500°C through Gozney’s signature lateral flame, cooking a 12" pizza with the same leopard-spotted crust as the rest of the range. A pre-attached gas hose and a single front dial mean it’s ready to go straight out of the box. Key Features 500°C Performance, Compact Footprint: a genuine 500°C cook for a 12" pizza, from an oven small enough for a balcony One Dial Does It All: a single front-facing dial controls the flame, with nothing else to learn Just the Oven and a Cover: no peels bundled in, so you’re only paying for what this bundle actually needs to include Protected Year-Round: the Arc Lite Cover is fitted to the oven’s exact shape, keeping it ready for the next cook What’s in the Bundle? 1 × Gozney Arc Lite 1 × Arc Lite Cover What’s in the Box? The Arc Lite oven arrives with its own hardware kit: 1 × Arc Lite Oven 1 × Stone Adjustment Tool 1 × Gas Hose and Regulator (attached) 1 × Torx Tool 1 × Quick Start Guide Small Footprint, Serious Heat Arc Lite doesn’t need a large garden to earn its keep — it’s compact enough for a balcony or small patio, yet still reaches the same 500°C that Gozney’s larger ovens are known for. Flagship Performance, Scaled Down The materials, thermal performance and flame dynamics are carried over from Gozney’s bigger ovens, just refined into a lighter, simpler package for everyday cooking. Dial In the Heat From the Front A single dial on the front of the oven manages the flame directly, so getting to the right temperature for pizza or anything else doesn’t involve multiple controls or a separate gauge. Nothing to Build, Just Connect The gas hose is already attached, so setting up means placing Arc Lite on a non-combustible surface and connecting it to propane — there’s no assembly stage at all. A Cover Made for This Exact Oven The Arc Lite Cover is fitted to the oven’s shape rather than a generic size, so it stays properly protected from rain and weather between cooks. Add Peels Whenever You’re Ready This bundle leaves the peel choice up to you — the Acacia Wood Peel & Server and Venture Turning Peel used elsewhere in the Arc Lite range are both available to add on whenever you decide you want them. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Clean the area with warm, soapy water and a sponge or non-abrasive cloth, then wipe clean with paper towels. The best way to clean the inside of Arc Lite is to burn off any food debris or soot. When the oven exceeds 350°C it will begin self-cleaning, and any burnt-on food will burn off after approximately three hours. For further guidance, please refer to Gozney's instructional video.
