This beautifully proportioned highboard was produced by the celebrated British maker G Plan in the mid-20th century. Crafted in richly grained teak, the piece has been carefully restored, oiled, and finished to a high professional standard, allowing the natural warmth of the timber to shine through. The lower section offers practical storage, with a double-door cupboard to the right and two wide drawers to the left. Each front displays attractive teak grain and is fitted with G Plan’s distinctive mid-century handles, all original and in excellent order. The recessed upper section includes a classic cocktail cabinet, with a pull-down door that forms a sturdy serving surface — ideal for drinks and bottles. To the right is an open display area, perfectly sized for glassware or decorative pieces. Above this sits an additional cupboard, with doors opening from the centre to reveal further storage. ConditionVery good vintage condition. The piece has been sympathetically restored and remains structurally sound throughout. MeasurementsHeight: 136 cmWidth: 152 cmDepth: 44 cm
