The pivoting arms allows the user to get a full extension and engage all of their biceps muscles during the exercise. The seat has a 8” seat length adjustmen to users of all heights can use the machine. The stack weight is easily accessible from the seated position so the user can increase/decrease weights conveniently between reps.
