Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc are grown at the Misawa Vineyard without herbicides or chemical fertilizers and are separated into small lots. They are then fermente d separately using both direct pressing and the Saignée methods, followed by maturation in old French oak barrels. This process allows the wine to express both the complexity of the varietal characters and the sense of place. 日本でも骨格のある辛口ロゼを造りたいという想いから、2008年に生まれたワインです。年によって品種構成は変わりますが、三澤農場で除草剤や化学肥料を使わずに栽培されたメルロ、カベルネソーヴィニヨン、カベルネフラン、プティヴェルド等を、直接圧搾法とセニエ法にて小仕込みを行い、フレンチオークの旧樽で醗酵、貯蔵しています。低収量で栽培された単一畑のロゼは、世界的にも珍しく、品種の複雑さと土地の味わいの両方が調和し、うまく表現されています。 Show more
