Grace Scharf, a budding fashion designer from Melbourne, blends her passion for sculpture and form into her designs. Scharf aims to infuse a touch of fantasy through innovative material manipulation and digital techniques. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Design in Fashion from Edith Cowan University in Perth and RMIT in Melbourne. The BuBu Bag features a 3D printed design using PLA plastic, a sustainable and eco-friendly material made from natural sources such as corn and sugar cane. The interior is lined with 100% cotton and a zipper closure, which can be easily removed for added convenience.
