We first discovered this cheese on a stall in Crystal Palace back in 2013 and we’ve been in love ever since. Made by hand using milk from herds around the south-east of England, th is feta-style cheese is removed from the brine and packed into its marinade of Herefordshire cold-pressed rapeseed oil, thyme, garlic and black pepper. It’s a rich and creamy soft cow's cheese. Organic, pasteurised cow’s milk. Animal rennet. Show more
