AM Site Solutions Grader Operator Course This is an AM Site Solutions certified course. This course is aimed at Grader operatives who do not currently hold a valid safety ticket. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and work ethic required to safely operate a Grader. This training course ensures compliance with all statutory regulations. Duration: 1-5 day's. Assessment: Theory and Practical Examination Course Content: Grader Training Course Introduction Machine Introduction Construction Site Safety Awareness Health and Safety Legislation Daily Inspection Hydraulic Systems Certification and testing of machine & attachments. Terrain and associated hazards Manoeuvring of the Grader in confined areas Remove and re-attach bucket. Excavating and digging procedures/practices Backfilling procedures/practices Prerequisites: Candidates must be over 18 years of age. Safe pass course completed. Passport or Driver’s License PPS Number Candidate Pack 1 Passport Sized photo PPE (personal protective equipment), i.e. Hard Hat, High Vis Vest, Steel Toe Capped Boots, Gloves. Certification:On successful completion of this course participants will receive a AMSS certified safety card.
