I do not suggest using them as actually “fans”. Perfect way to show off how proud you are of your graduate! Easy to take inside graduations and as party favors for graduation parties! What I need from you - Message me the photo you want to use. In the notes to seller include - School colors or colors you want to be used for the fan. Wording you would like used on fan. These are made on photo paper with sticks attached. The quality of the photo you send me will affect the quality of the print. DATE NEEDED BY.
