The Story: In 1946 Robert Cockrell, a reporter for the Grafton Sentinel witnessed a huge beast with no visible head and “white, slick seal like skin.” While he was initially ignore d by his editors, his sighting eventually led to monster hunts and widespread popularity in the region. The Roast: A careful blend of Yirgacheffe, Limu, and Nicaraguan beans (the same ones we use in our mother jones roast). This time we push them a little longer to a City Roast. (Med/light).
