"Gran Cerdo" means "Great Pig" in Spanish, hence the picture on the label, and is dedicated to the bank executives who refused their initial request for loans to set up the winery. The wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, sourced from northern Spain. Made using the whole bunch fermentation technique, without any presence of oak, the wine is fruit-forward and expressive. It has a distinctive cherry core, supported by aromas of strawberries, fresh raspberries and a slight floral character. Unfiltered, un-fined, unoaked and minimal sulphur, this wine sits firmly within our 'natural' range. Show more
