This citrus-y tisane will help you through cold & flu season. Just right spring and summer over ice. Ingredients: Apple, rosehips, blackberry leaves, flavoring, lemon peel, acidifi ers, citric acid, roasted chicory root, lemongrass, hibiscus, and rose blossoms Brewing Instructions Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water.
