All Brewer's Best® Natural Flavorings are unsweetened and non-fermentable. Typical addition time is at bottling but can also be added during secondary fermentation. For a light fla vor add 2 oz. per 5 gallons and for a robust flavor add the entire 4 oz. It's recommended to start adding the flavoring slowly and taste test until you're satisfied with the end results.
