Though a touch of sweetness is added from our Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial, the addition of fleur de sel tincture, keeps the savory quality the drink is known for. Ingredients: ¼ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial 1½ oz gin 5-10 drops of fleur de sel tincture or a pinch of salt soda water Instructions: Add all ingredients but water to a highball glass filled with ice Top with soda water and stir.
