We also have another new variegated form of Fred Ives which has a yellow/gold variegation throughout the leaf. This second form is not quite as stable as it will produce branching of the regular form and variegation in varying degrees, including extreme variegation. Reverted form branching can be simply removed and the extreme variegation while very beautiful often cannot be propagated successfully due to limited chlorophyll in the leaves so is best left attached to the parent plant where it can receive nourishment.
