Keep life interesting with each rotation So you get to experience all of the lamb, but dont need a mega freezer to do it, we've created a rotation of boxes which are the equivalent of getting all the cuts of a entire cow over time. We call them boxes A, and B. Arn't we creative. Rotation A: Lamb Roast (x1), Cutlets (x4), Forequarter Chops (x4), Loin Chops (x4), Mince (500g) Rotation B: Shanks (x2), Ribs, Cutlets, (x4), Forequarter Chops, (x4), Loin Chops, Lamb Mince (500x2), Chump Chops (x4) Choose Your Size Quarter Lamb Share (approx 4kg): A selection from one rotation (you'll get A or B and then the other pack the following month). Great for smaller households. Your first box will be A or B, and then will continue on in sequence. Half Lamb Share (approx 8kg): Both rotations combined for maximum variety. All lamb is raised on open pastures by Your Farmer Certified ecological farmers. Chemical-free, hormone-free, and GMO-free.
