Stewing Beef is great for slow cooking and making 'comfort foods'. Our grass fed and finished beef is raised just north of St. Albert, AB by the Jubenville family this is the healt hiest choice of beef. It has a lower fat content and an earthy rich flavour. Stew Beef is typically a tougher cut so be sure to slow cook it until tender. We do not recommend using stew beef to make kabobs. Each package will be 1lb. or more.
