Our delicious grassfed Bottom Round Steak is a very lean cut that we offer for those who need a quick steak to cook in the skillet! Searing it for 45-60 seconds per side, and allowing a slightly brown crust to form on this steak will make it a delicious choice for every meal from breakfast to dinner. These steaks can also be braised in broth to render them very, very tender! This steak is best served rare to medium rare, and sliced thin. This item ships frozen as 3-4 steaks to equal 1 lb. total weight *We do recommend aging all of our steaks to break down the muscle fibers and create a more tender cut.
