Robust and yet delicate-tasting, our grassfed, grass-finished beef Tenderloin Steaks are the steak-lover's steak! These steaks provide a great eating experience on the grill, broil ed or pan-seared. Our 100% prairie-raised tenderloin steak has a little less fat marbling than you might be used to, but the fat that is there is delicious and just enough to compliment the meat.
