I'm not going to take the time to go into major details about this since there's only one of these available :) Basically, it's 16+ pounds of a variety of roasts, chops and some ground. Almost the same cuts as a Half Lamb, but minus the Frenched Rack. (I had them cut into Lollipop Chops instead, and I can add a couple in for ya to try) Going by the flavor of the couple of cuts I've tried of this mutton, I'm very impressed. Like I'd have thought it was lamb meat... so I guess if you're looking for a stronger flavor, don't buy this. But if you already love our grassfed lamb meat's mild flavor, this mutton definitely would be something you'd like.
