Discover the joy in everyday - “When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.” This quote reminds us that we can be happy, we just need to recognize what we do have. Did you know it is a scientific fact that when you are appreciative, you cannot be sad? It is impossible for the brain to be both at the same time! Starting a regular gratitude practice is a game changer. It will help you be more mindful and allow you to receive. In this class, your kit will have everything to start living with thankfulness and design your very own gratitude journal. You will also learn techniques to begin the positive habit of journaling, reduce anxiety and find joy in everyday. Gratefulness starts here. Your class kit has everything you need to start increasing satisfaction in life: notebook, writing instruments, gratitude guide, thank you notes and inspiration. Remember, there is always, always, always something to be thankful for. NOTE: This is an online, live class. Your kit will be mailed ahead of time with a Zoom link sent.
