An attractive rich dry white wine with a floral bouquet – it is well balanced and does not disappoint the eye, nose or palate. With a pale yellow colour, this wine develops a very intense bouquet of flowers and white fruits on the nose with a lot of freshness. The attack is very aromatic and is prolonged by a full-bodied palate with a nice roundness and fatness. The finish is very long with an elegant freshness and a nice texture. The grapes are harvested by hand. After skin maceration overnight, the berries are pressed and then the must is cold settled. Some of the juices are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
