The Grazing Table Our grazing table is a great option for gatherings that host 35+ Guests Minimum or more. WOW your guests with a beautiful and tasty spread that is unlike any other! Each table has unique elements of elevated height and drama specifically designed to complement your desired aesthetic. They include use of our props, platters, bowls and tablescape accessories along with selective greenery to match your theme or aesthetic. Our grazing tables are decorated with cured meats, gourmet cheese selections, in season fruits and vegetables, freshly baked breads from Companion Bakery, artisan crackers, olives, nuts, savory dips, and much more. Tier 1 level is great as an appetizer serving and tiers 2 and 3 are better if you’d like to serve our grazing table as a meal. Tables are then garnished with an assortment of different items such as fresh herbs, flowers and greenery to create a unique display every time. Tables are constructed onsite with the use of our rented props. Arrangements will be made to pick up all props and accessories from you the following day. The Day Of Your Event: All grazing tables are delivered to your event location, delivery fee not included. Please allow for an hour setup prior to your event. Please note that we do not provide the tables. You must make rental arrangements or discuss alternative surface options with us (i.e kitchen islands, counter tops, etc...) All grazing table pricing includes set up, greenery, food, labor and serving utensils. We do not provide clean up service or to-go containers. If you plan to keep leftovers you will have to arrange for these items to be picked up after your event. Booking Process for Tables: To inquire and book a grazing table please email [email protected] and include the following information to obtain a quote: Type of event Date of event Location/Venue Number of guests Indicate if the grazing table will serve as an appetizer or main meal. Once we send over a quote and if it is accepted, we will then send over an agreement that will need to be reviewed, signed and returned to us along with a 50% deposit. If the agreement and the deposit are both not returned before the date of the event, then you will not be considered "booked". We also cannot guarantee a date and time without both of these in our possession.
