Great Lakes Hover Minnow Bass key on spiraling falls and sudden darts. The Hover Minnow features a distinctive concave belly that creates both actions, making it the only soft bait of its kind. As Cindy Rigging, Moping, Mid-Strolling and Hover Strolling have grown in popularity, fish have become more conditioned and harder to catch. When vertically jigged, this bait will glide in a spiraling pattern on the fall. When held and jigged in place it will dart erratically and return to center. Fished horizontally through the water column, a twitch of the rod tip sends the minnow rolling, darting and gliding in unpredictable directions.
