The name refers to the Colobus monkeys, a family of which lives in the forest and along the small river that runs through the farm. In addition to coffee, we grow bananas, avocados, macadamias, and maintain 10 beehives. This biodiversity creates a healthy environment for the coffee trees and enhances flavor complexity.
