The name refers to the Colobus monkeys, a family of which lives in the forest and along the small river that runs through the farm. In addition to coffee, we grow bananas, avocados, macadamias, and maintain 10 beehives. This biodiversity creates a healthy environment for the coffee trees and enhances flavor complexity. Flavor Profile AA: Complex and fruity, with notes of caramel, berries, mandarin, and a mango finish.AB: Rounder and more accessible, with hints of chocolate and red fruit.
