This is a green tea - the leaves of which are tumble dried, so causing them to be tightly rolled and resembling gunpowder. This tightly rolled tea keeps longer than the more usual open leafed teas. A refreshing yellow coloured brew. Brew with water off the boil (70-80 degrees celsius) and for the first and second brewing, the leaves should be steeped for around one minute. Show more
