PRODUCT DETAILS Green Peas Organic Sprouting Seeds are a popular choice for producing large, mild, and delicious pea sprouts. They can be enjoyed shortly after germination when they are especially crunchy and sweet, with a flavour reminiscent of freshly picked garden peas. For longer pea shoots, simply allow the roots and stems to develop for another day or two before harvesting. They can also be grown in soil as microgreens for tender, flavourful pea shoots. With their appealing texture and fresh flavour, pea sprouts are excellent eaten on their own, added to salads, or tossed into stir-fries. When cooking, add them near the end to help preserve their signature crunch.
