Here's the difference between the Wood Mode and Pellet Mode: 🔥 Wood Mode When to use: When burning logs or wood materials, which typically produce more sparks. How it works: Rotate the knob to the dash “–” position. Functionality: Redirects the smoke through a U-shaped flue inside the Spark Block unit. Filters out sparks and embers from escaping through the chimney. Helps prevent tent or gear damage caused by flying sparks. 🌾 Pellet Mode When to use: When burning biomass fuel pellets with a compatible pellet burner. How it works: Rotate the knob to the plus “+” position. Functionality: Opens a direct straight-through path for smoke via the upper and lower chambers. Ensures maximum draft needed by pellet burners, which require higher internal negative pressure. Pellets burn completely without producing sparks, so spark filtration is unnecessary in this mode. ✨ Switching Between Modes The rotary knob enables quick switching depending on your fuel type.
